Comms. Emergency Management. SAR.

The ITI Emergency Response Team is an all-volunteer nonprofit that provides on-demand ground and canine search, emergency communications, and incident-command support to qualified agencies and the communities they serve — at no cost. Team members render basic first aid until EMS arrives; ITI is not an EMS provider, carries and administers no medications, and does not transport patients. About the team

All-volunteer nonprofit. Services at no cost.

ITI ERT is the all-volunteer response arm of ITI Disaster Rescue and Response, an independent Maryland 501(c)(3) nonprofit — separate and distinct from Ironclad Thor Industries LLC. We field trained search and rescue personnel and air-scent canine teams, deploying only on the request of an authority having jurisdiction and operating under that agency’s incident command system. Members render basic first aid; ITI is not an EMS provider and does not transport patients. Every member donates their time, training, and equipment availability. All services — ground and canine search, communications support, incident-command assistance, and event preparedness — are provided to qualified partner agencies and the communities they serve free of charge. We are funded in part by Ironclad Thor Industries and by community sponsorship; we never invoice agencies, citizens, or event organizers for our deployment time.
